Synopse
A moving, but equally disturbing thriller about the growing alienation between two neighbours. Brilliantly cast, with Brenda Blethyn and Andrea Riseborough in the leading roles. Appalled by the conditions under which her elderly neighbour Elsie is cared for, Colleen offers to help out. Over cups of tea and difficult times, the two women become friends, despite their differences. But Colleen’s intentions may not be as altruistic as they appear. When the suspicion grows, a shocking deed sets off a chain reaction that threatens to change the two women’s lives for ever.
Regie
PAUL ANDREW WILLIAMS had his breakthrough in 2006 with London to Brighton. At the Tribeca Film Festival, Brenda Blethyn and Andrea Riseborough won Best Acting awards for their performances in Dragonfly.
