Synopse
DOCUMENTARY Hurrah, I’m dying! Absurdly funny and refreshingly irreverent, the film portrays a terminally ill man and delivers a deeply life-affirming reflection on death. André, a creative genius and idiot, learns that he is dying of a disease that could have been spotted with a simple colonoscopy. As a creative in the advertising business, he has spent his life stepping outside conventions and is not about to make an exception with his last project. True to his character, André meets his mortality head-on with his own brand of humour and exuberant curiosity, and is determined to learn two things on his final journey: how to die happily, but also funnily.

TONY BENNA has his roots in stop-motion animation and works in the areas of film, advertising, post-production and radio. André is an Idiot won two prizes at the Sundance Film Festival, including the Audience Prize.
