To what extent do films and series shape our view of the world—and our behavior in the climate crisis? The German Film Academy and MOIN Filmförderung cordially invite you to a keynote by bestselling author Samira El Ouassil (“Erzählende Affen”) and a research talk by Dr. Daniel Possler (IJK Hannover), a Planet Narratives and MOIN Filmförderung fellow. The discussion will be moderated by Nico Czaja of Superredaktion.

During his fellowship, Dr. Possler is conducting research at the Green Bunker in St. Pauli on how films can influence our ecological behavior. He will present the first results of his study, carried out in cooperation with Planet Narratives, at Filmfest Hamburg.
