The male dominance at the top of companies in the film industry is crumbling. More and more highly qualified women, mainly in their 40s and 50s, are taking over the management of festivals, cinemas, production films and film markets. How did they get the position? Did they have supporters? What do they do differently? How do they define leadership? In an open dialog, women in key positions talk about responsibility, empowerment and their path to the top. The discussion is an exchange of experiences and how these can be used as a source of inspiration for ideas, thoughts and solutions in companies.
