As an international media women's network, WIFT has been bringing together women from a wide variety of film and media sectors for many decades. The first meetings took place in the 70s in Los Angeles. There are now over 13,000 members in over 40 countries worldwide. WIFT is most strongly represented in the USA, where networking has a special tradition. Reason enough to talk to two very successful American WIFT members about their strategies for the future.
