Series wasteland Germany? Web series projects from North Germany

Numerous productions, but hardly anything innovative. Web series have more freedom. Five projects from North Germany present themselves and take questions from the audience. Financing in particular is a perennial problem: no-budget, crowd funding, film funding?

With series makers Michael Söth (Deichbullen), Jessica Dahlke (PentaQuad), Sebastian Droschinski (Kumbaya, Gut Holz) and actor Oliver Hermann, who'll talk about what it's like working under no-budget limitations.
