Kaspar Hauser in the year 2012: tracksuit bottoms, trainers and giant headphones. Washed up on an island, he's found by the local sheriff -- played by enfant terrible Vincent Gallo, who is also to be seen in a second role, that of Pusher, who supplies the sheriff with heroin.Director Davide Manuli recreates the legend of the mysterious foundling as a cinematic trip, underscored with the electronic beats of French electro-star Vitalic. They are the heartbeat of this modern Kaspar Hauser, who has no interest in being a saint or anything else, he just wants to be a DJ.
