rated for 0 + years Would being born with a small amount of alcohol in our blood allow us to be more open to the world? In Thomas Vinterberg's new film, four friends test what it’s like being permanently tipsy.
Martin (Mads Mikkelsen) teaches at a secondary school and feels empty and burnt-out. Three of his friends, also teachers, feel the same way. To find some new oomph, they start an experiment: they drink alcohol at work and try and keep up a permanent alcohol level of 0,5. The experiment seems to work. The lessons are creative and infectious, all four feel more alive again. But it soon turns out that not all the participants can keep their drinking under control.
