Trine Dyrholm stars as a cool temptress in a provocative melodrama which won countless prizes in Denmark and was a box-office hit at the cinema. Anne (Trine Dyrholm) seems to have everything: a loving husband, two delightful daughters, a fulfilling job as a lawyer and an idyllically situated home. Unexpectedly, her stepson Gustav, a rebellious teenager, moves in with the family for a while. While her husband finds it difficult to establish a connection to his son from his first marriage, Anne quickly gets on with Gustav. And more than that: she begins a passionate affair with the 17-year old, thus putting both her career and her family in jeopardy.
