Israel 1995. During the peace process, three sister meet to discuss the sale of the parental home in the small town of Atlit. Fairly soon, feathers fly. One sister is for selling, the other two against. Then their parents return -- despite having been dead for the past four years. Only visible to the sisters, they become a bizarre part of the scenery, but one which the sisters take for granted. Together with their children, the parents look back at the past, until the murder of Yitzhak Rabin gives the debate about the house a completely new direction. Atlit
is a tragi-comic family (hi)story.
