Chelli lives with her mentally handicapped sister Gabby in a loud, shabby flat in Haifa. Chelli doesn't want to put her sister in a home because she thinks she knows what's best for her. When Gabby does after all go into a daycare centre, the symbiosis between the two sisters is damaged. Gabby flourishes in her new surroundings and gets on with her carer excellently. Although Chelli views this with suspicion, she at last has time for herself and starts a relationship with a colleague. A bizarre game of love and jealousy begins. Next to her is an intense, very realistically told story about dependency.
