Named after the song by The Velvet Underground, the “All Tomorrow’s Parties” festival has been taking place in England since 1999, as an unsponsored, intimate alternative to huge industrialized festivals. Director Jonathan Caouette has assembled Super8 material with camcorder and mobile phone video recordings to a portrait of this successful festival that concentrates on post-rock, avant-garde and underground hip hop music.
