Simon is a divorced policeman who loses custody for his six-year-old son. He abducts him and takes him to a secluded house in the country for a last holiday as father and son. But the ghosts of his past threaten to drive him mad. An emotional, sometimes thrilling drama about ordinary people. They symbolize stability, says the director, and when they freak out, we make a film about them.
