For the third year in succession, this year’s Film Festival pays tribute to one of the stars of the silent-movie era. This time, it’s the mysterious and equally glamorous Hungarian Lya de Putti. She plays a lascivious dancer caught between two men in the 1925 production of “Varieté”. The film will be accompanied by Carsten-Stephan Graf von Bothmer on piano.
