Amine is a policeman in his mid-thirties. His nickname, Zéro, says it all: he gets zero respect from anyone and has zero respect for himself. He is humiliated by his resentful father at home and at work by his corrupt superior. By night, Amine and his girlfriend Mimi, a prostitute, roam the streets of Casablanca, ripping off men looking for sex. But one day Zéro is confronted by a desperate mother who came to the city from the country and needs help. He must find her kidnapped daughter. For the cop, the plea is a wake-up call -- and the start of an extremely dangerous mission.
