Story
A villa in Ramallah. Three Christian Palestinian sisters have retreated behind the walls of their estate. As if locked in a time capsule, they ignore the mass flight of the other aristocrats and lose themselves in nostalgia for the good old days. This atmosphere of stasis is suddenly broken by the arrival of the sisters’ young niece Badia. To keep the family name unsullied, she is supposed to marry a Christian man from the upper class. Soon, the first candidates are chosen, but Badia’s heart has other plans.
