Mister Frog

Story

Teacher Franz has an unusual secret: he sometimes turns into a frog! When one day this transformation occurs involuntarily in the middle of a lesson, the children are amazed. Pupil Sita dedicates herself to protecting him against storks and the mean head teacher, whose nose has a strong resemblance to a long, red beak. Based on the book Meester Kikker by Paul van Loon.

Director

Anna van der Heide (*1978) studied in Amsterdam and worked as a director and screenplay writer for TV and cinema. Her children's film Brammetje Baas [Fidgety Bram] was declared "especially valuable".
