Story

The film acting debut of Marie Nasemann is a gripping, multi-layered psycho-drama about motherhood. Graphic designer Lilith lives with her boyfriend Adam and is expecting their first baby. A mini-break on the stormy island of Hallig Hooge becomes a journey through the young woman’s emotions. She imagines what it would be like to have the baby and grapples with her role as woman and mother. When she meets 6-year old Lulu and a mysterious woman in oilskins, strange things start happening. Lilith realizes that she has to make a decision which could change her life forever.

Director

LYNN OONA BAUR (*1988 in Hamburg) studied film direction at the Hamburg Media School and graduated in 2018. In 2022, she made her TV debut with SOKO Hamburg and in 2023 made five episodes of the ZDFneo comedy format #pumpen. Manchmal denke ich plötzlich an dich is her first feature film.
