Story
ANIMATED FILM Jacob lives in the city and dreams of becoming a busy architect like his father. When his father goes on a business trip, Jacob has to stay with his know-all cousin Mimmi and his pirate uncle in a suburb of Riga. He soons finds a purpose: saving the local park with Mimmi and the help of the local dogs, as it’s being threatened by greedy businessmen who want to build tower blocks there.
Director
EDMUNDS JANSONS (*1972) studied animation at the Estonian Academy of Art and works as a film-maker. He is also a graphic designer and illustrates children‘s books. Since 2001, he has had his own animation studio Atom Art. Jacob, Mimmi and the Talking Dogs is his debut feature film.Trailer
