Story
More than 5000 years ago in the Ötztal Alps. While Kelab (Jürgen Vogel) is out hunting, his entire clan is brutally murdered, including his woman and child. Driven by pain and anger, he sets out in search of the murderers, roaming the high mountains without regard for the dangers posed by nature and his fellow man. Finally, the moment for revenge arrives – but Kelab is suddenly overcome with misgivings. Almost without dialogue and with a leading actor (Jürgen Vogel) full of primal energy, the film tells the story of the oldest unsolved murder in European history and dives deep into a world of archaic feelings, gestures and instincts.
