Story
According to Icelandic superstition, on »white days«, when the snow-covered earth blends in with the sky, the living meet the dead: a thrilling drama about a man whose sadness at the loss of his wife becomes an obesssion. Ingimundur, an ex-policeman, lost his wife two years ago in a tragic accident. Her death weighs heavily on him and he tries to shift the pain – to caring for his granddaughter and renovating his house. When he comes across evidence of a possible affair of his wife’s, Ingimundur‘s old policeman’s instinct is stirred – and he is soon caught up in an investigation that takes him to the edge of madness.
