Story
From “Frodo” to fanatics: Hobbit actor Elijah Wood plays the American student Matt, who goes to live with his sister in London for a while. There, he meets members of the hooligan group “Green Street Elite” and is soon confronted with the brutal reality of their activities; but also with their friendship and loyalty. Gratuitous brutality, beer and blood – and a dramatic finale.
