Story
In his new film, Rosa von Praunheim reexamines the true story of a gay serial killer and retells it in his own inimitable way. Lars, a nurse and trainee primary school teacher from Saarbrücken, moves with his boyfriend Roland to Berlin. Together, they renovate their new flat. Everything seems perfect. What Roland doesn‘t know is that Lars has a parallel existence in the night life of Berlin, experimenting with deadly substances. Within three weeks, three men die and two survive attempted murders. The screenplay is based on the court reports of journalist Uta Eisenhardt, who accompanied the sensational trial in 2013.
