Bollywood legend Shah Rukh Khan stars as a famous Indian hockey player who fell from grace at the climax of his career. His chance at rehabilitation comes when he is offered to coach the national ladies team. Easier said than done as the ladies lack team spirit, stamina and the love for hockey. Nonetheless Khan aims to lead his team, Team India, to victory in the world cup.
