Budapest music teacher András is turning 30, but has none of the things he always felt he should have at that age: no wife, no car, no house, no children. Instead, he lives with his mother and walks everywhere… With a whirlwind of visual ideas, where black and white dream sequences interpolate the harsh colour reality, debut director Csaba Fazekas takes us on a birthday tour of András’ life in a delightfully fresh comedy with melancholy undertones.
