Story
An episodic film full of irony about nine victims of the all-powerful Iranian bureaucracy. At dawn, when the lights of Tehran go on the blink again, it is the starting signal for the everyday madness that interferes with the lives of the inhabitants in the form of absurd rules. The state is constantly interfering: in the choice of names for children, questions of fashion and politically motivated dognapping. It is a quiet, persistent circus that zealously defends its absurd logic.
