Story
An unusual debut about a young man confronted with the truth about his father. While his father is in prison, Rakib works as housekeeper for Purna, a retired general who is standing for mayor. An ambiguous relationship develops, but when one of Purna’s election posters is destroyed, an escalating chain of violent events begins which calls Rakib’s loyalty and morals into question. Director Makbul Mubarak explores the psychological depths of his protagonists, who are portrayed with unnerving discrepancies by outstanding actors.
