Story
Former criminal investigator, Major “Fox” Korenev (Yuri “Gosha” Kutsenko), returns to Moscow having spent several years in a prison camp for using illegal methods of investigation. He finds a city in a state of lawlessness, run by the mob, and when he gets caught up between two rival gangs, he decides to leave for the “last Soviet republic”, Cuba.
