Story

A story of three friends and two catastrophes. There’s Arman, a mid-thirties single and good-natured loser, who want to change his life, starting with jogging. While doing so, he meets Amélie, loses touch with her again and comes across her again during a mugging. And then there’s Benjamin, Arman’s friend from art school, who suffers a stroke and slowly fights his way back to health. Three people in a mid-thirties crisis whose lives are as entangled, quirky and tragicomic as the film itself. Charming, refreshingly unconventional cinema from France.

Director

Sebastien Betbeder (*1975) studied at the Ecole des Beaux Arts in Bordeaux. He became known in Germany with his generational portrait Deux Automnes, Trois Hivers (FILMFEST HAMBURG 2013) which wonseveral awards.
